They screw up stuff like leccy toothbrushes. Lsptops should be ok but I don't like them. The only thing we use ours for is charging Michelle's camera and my leccy razor, it knackered the battery on that though Barry Which 'they' are you talking about? - inverters or the 12v chargers for laptops that I suggested? Fats mentioned both in his post you quoted Geoff Inverters, chap ones have a history of buggering up batteries on stuff like toothbrushes, razors etc.

I have come to the conclusion that as it seems several times a day I am called a Twat by everyone on here, Tuggers thinks Im a twat and Mrs D also calls me a twat, my clients are too scared of me to call me a twat but I know they are thinking it that therefore there could be an element of truth in it and therefore I could be indeed, a Twat. Wamkers!!!

Whaddaya mean "Remote meter"? So does that mean you get to press the button from a remote meter without getting off your arse to look in the wardrobe? Fecking show off!!! I dunno why people think they need a fancy MPPT controller with buttons and displays and shit. Waste of money!

I think the remote is because you can do various programming functions from it without needing to access the MPPT controller or battery. but who cares - it's called remote and it's got buttons!! it's this btw - www.sunstore.co.uk/product/ep-solar-mt-50-remote-meter/

That's a relief! There could be a market for a proper remote control thingy though for motorhomes. One of my super rich clients at Downton has fancy log cabin where all the heating, cctv etc can all be controlled from anywhere In the world. Some mh owners are so anal about their vans I should make summut similar for motorhomes so you can watch your pride and joy remotely from either your fat arse in the living room or office. Switch on the heaters, check the battery life etc. Trouble is mh owners are tight Feckers so will want it for feck all.
