This morning we passed on a bag of Shades Royal Canine to Hans´s urologist who volunteered to come here while Hans is in hospital to work off the cost . The blood tested 1.2 whatsits this morning so all is well for the operation. He goes in tomorrow for the pre op tests and new hip on Thursday. Little Motley is once again coming in the car everywhere with us, that had stopped last November when Shade could no longer use his ramp. Yesterday he even came into Obi the builders merchants shop with us, the automatic doors were a bit funny he reckoned, but he only gave them an old fashioned look, no panic. I am planning to visit Hans using the Navajo, then while I am in the hospital Motley will be in the warm van with the heat on.

I'm not scheduled to have it done until either July or August time. I chose not to accept taking a cancellation because I have things to do, places to go until May. So July or August it is. And it looks as though it could be as quick a visit as just four days if I'm lucky. Anyway, I hope all goes well for Hans. It's been a tough time for you both this last year so I hope that things get better for you both from now on.

He's on his way to the hospital now, I suppose it depends how he progresses how soon he will be home. The anaesthetic made me very ill so my recovery was delayed, I hope it doesn't effect him the same. Motley and I are planning a nice walk along the Oder Dam when I have finished this coffee. I have loads to do as long as the weather stays nice, pale blue sky and warm sun right now.
