It went all peaceful when the mods were disbanded. Generally I found them fine but there were one or two who could have started a fight in an empty room and seemed to patrol looking for arguments they could pour petrol on.

Seems like Facts is held together with sticking plasters and elastic bands. It's not a proper site like this one.
I don't like Fun, never have much. There seems to be a higher percentage of snotty gits than on Facts.
I am quite surprised that Johns Cross is allied to this forum. It could ruin him. Never heard of any snotty gits on Fun, boozer ones yes who like their beer and whisky but definately not any with thier noses in the air or handbags out. All types from self builds to £80,000 vans and everything else in between, no bitch fighting and plenty of repartee and very good technical advice and help when needed ! No silly mods or an owner who bans you for offering links to products when asked for by members unlike Facts from the guy who sold out for money Peter I agree that it was a duff decision to ban you off FACTS Peter. It was a big loss for the members. I don't blame Nuke however for selling the forum. Its a business to him and I think he needed to concentrate his efforts elsewhere. Your a business man as well. I am sure you can understand that his commercial priorities must come first. I was a member of FUN for a few years and just like all the motorhome forums it has its fair share of numpties and trolls. I don't see any difference in any of them to be honest.

In one mad flush of incompetence I whipped out my card and renewed with MHF but that was last week. I do not want MHF to fail but I think it just might do so. Up to this point in time, good bad or indifferent David (Mr Nuke) may have been but he was at least a human target to love, moan at or hate. We are now part of some virtually anonymous corporate body who lack a dart board on their broadening bums to throw effective darts at.
So I would just like to quote from Mr Flanders and Swan "Pee, Po, Belly, Bum, Drawers!" I feel better now.

Hmm. Thanks Alan. Glad you got that off your chest.
I dont know what the future holds for FACTS but I think it will be ok. Its already thinned out a bit but there are some pretty loyal members.

................................ So I would just like to quote from Mr Flanders and Swan "Pee, Po, Belly, Bum, Drawers!" I feel better now. Alan Well thanks for that Alan. I have been singing that since I was a child and never knew where it came from. I also do Father Jack type swearing, but of course I do know where that comes from: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-T5snc_LYSY Alan.
