O shit, the same thing has happened, they have had to sedate him, he has his Migraine Aura and I am now off to see him although they say he does not recognise anyone. He is once again tied to the bed.

So sorry to hear this Milly, It is hard when you have problems with your loved one, all you can do is to look forward to when everything returns to normal.

Complication not welcome, but at least it did not delay the stent for another week or so.

Jan
I assum you will go to the Stellplatz this evening.
When you have settled in, a poured yourself a stiff one and relaxed, and if you feel like it, let us know the state of things at close of play at the hospital.
I hope by then the news is better.

Where do I begin. I rang the ward, the nurse asked if I could ring again in a few minutes because sister was busy. A few minutes later the doctor rang me. It is the same as last time, he is in intensive care, the nurses were concerned for me seeing him, but I told them I have seen it before. He is tied to the bed, hands, feet and around his middle. He is unconscious, they have to sedate him because his movements are so violent and he should be still because of the artery they went though to plant the stent must not reopen. He is sweating as I have never seen him sweat before, I asked them to take everything off him and the sister cut off the robe. The doctor gave me a name for what it is, but I didn't take it in, I will ask again tomorrow. What has caused it they don't know, but I suspect it has something to do with the colour they use. There is absolutely nothing I can do, he is not conscious, he is so disturbed its quite awful to see. I sent an email to Professor Matschuck, who has become a friend, but he moved to another hospital in Dec., I had a reply when I got home, which is where I am by the way, he is at an important meeting, but said he will try to interact with Schwedt tomorrow. The reason I am home is, this time I remembered my internet Wifi, but forgot the Kindle I am lost without that, no books to read and no contact with anyone. On the way there I was stopped by an unmarked Police car, it pulled in front of me and the sign police follow flashing in his back window. I said "I hope you can speak English, I am on my way to see my husband who is in the intensive care" luckily he could, but I still had to show him my passport, drivers licence and vehicle ownership papers stupid barstuard. Then I had to turn round, he had led me off the main road to a narrow side road. "Where can I turn round" "about 2 km. down this road, he must have thought this old biddy needs a lot of room to turn. Well this old biddy didn't, she found a field opening/lay-by a few meters along the road and did a three point turn there. If anyone knows a white witch please tell her/him we need some help.

Oh blimey. This sounds awful Milly. Dunno what to say really other than all our thoughts and prayers (although I suspect most on here are complete heathens!) are with you both.
I do hope there is better news tomorrow. Best wishes to you both.

I do hope there is better news tomorrow. Best wishes to you both. If it runs a course as it did before he will be lost to the world for 3 Days. There is nothing anyone can say, its just good I can talk to you about it. I am also one of those heathens, I think its called an agnostic, spent many hours arguing with myself, who used to be a practicing Christian, until I started thinking for myself and not just blind faith. It started off like his Migraine again, just as it did last time, speaking a mix of English and German, not knowing who anyone was, but then started these violent movement, arms and legs flailing about. When I mentioned he might be allergic to the colour the doctor said they had already given him an anti allergy drug.
