Just got back from a 4 night shakedown trip in the new (to us) van. It's a Burstner Delphin Performance T821. We are naming it Buzz after the Whippet who sadly died while we were away in Scotland a month ago. It has the 3 litre Nissan diesel engine and I have just found out that it has a chain driving the cams and not a rubber belt ..... wahay.
A photo or 2 for yers.Attachment Deleted

Note the private reg (which the previous owner did not want back.
We like it very much, the layout is better because it has Captains chairs and the cab becomes part of the lounging area. The only problem we encountered is that the fresh and waste tank levels do not work but that should be easily remedied. It has a towbar which I doubt we will ever use but it is staying on.
Oh yes, nearly forgot ...... the dogs like it.

Stay away from France next month - Barry's taking to the roads there, allegedly.

Stay away from France next month - Barry's taking to the roads there, allegedly. Should I also avoid Golf Courses?
Then there are houses in rural France that could collapse at any moment due to dangerous DIY.
Oh shit ..... anyone wanna buy a motorhome?

Only in Spain in general and La Playa De Mijas in particular (though otherwise it's a good wildie spot as long as you stay away from the golf club side, with a Lidl next door and the beach 100 metres away - oh, and it's got a weekly on-site market). The ones next to golf course in France seem to be okay.

Yes.......Avoid golf courses! They ruin the taste of your beer! (Liked by mistake when trying to edit).

She's right, you know Jim, those weeds took more than 4 days to get to that state.
Get yer arse in gear and get Ann out there sorting it!

Anyway, it was an oversight by my Estate Manager, who is now seeking work elsewhere.
