Sad and glad at the same time perhaps. You soon shifted it though. There was not a huge interest in it to be honest but the Motorhome Depot bloke said that would happen. More and more newbies don't have the C1 licence. He reckons it is very noticeable now. I liked the couple who bought it so I will chuck in a box of handy things I took out of it, I have little or no use for them now anyway. I am not even thinking of another van at the moment, what will be will be ... inshallah.
It's always a bonus if you sell to someone you take a liking to. If I sell Hank I'll be holding interviews not a sale I've enjoyed this leg of our trip on Arran but if my knees don't improve it might be my last. Fuckin ridiculous at 55 but there you go. I'm hoping the enjoyment we have had and the pain will be enough to spur me on to lose weight over the winter but it's hopeless.

Glad you sold it. I worry about ours now. If he cannot renew his licence its a problem ( geographic issues rather than health) ..then as you say selling it may be difficult. Doubly so for us as the Andorran buyers pool is quite small ...you cannot un Andorra an Andorran vehicle. Great.

Delphin has gorn.
It is like losing a member of the family.
They are a nice couple that bought it and I wish them many years of happy travels.

I bet he buys a Wobble box now. He hates motorhomers so it might be right up his alley sitting on a Club site with all the Colonel Blimps.

I am also a member of the C&MC, we Bazza's must stick together, of to Moreton in Marsh on Saturday for my birthday, bit of a tradition for the last 10 years. Only problem I have is getting some diesel, got enough to get there but getting back may be a problem.

Only problem I have is getting some diesel, got enough to get there but getting back may be a problem. I only rejoined for the CL sites. It must be nearly ten years since I was a member. How things have changed. You used to ring up and just book up or even turn up on spec. Now the CL owners have got clued up. This one we are on now just for one night as a stopover before we leave Scotlandshire demanded money up front and they sent me a payment link!! £18. Many are £20+ now. I dont like this one. Its a bit twee with a pond and manicured lawns. I prefer a rough field with some surly farmer selling Scrumpy or summat. Its full mind which is incredible really. Just us and four Tuggers. Ive got enough diesel now to get me to the Lake District tomorrow and home if need be.
