Why not ordinary water going through a small hole within the 'bump'? Go slowly and the water has time to squeegee through the hole - go fast and it can't, so it's solid. The size of the hole determines the acceptable speed. Why am I not a millionaire with ideas like this? Answer "'Cos you're too stupid to be a millionaire"OK, I'll be a stupid millionaire then...

Fill it with air so that if you go over it slowly it sounds like a huge noisy fart. Everyone would try to get the farting sound, it's yoomin nature innit.

It freezes in winter....but I see where you're at. Anti freeze? If I never see another French speed bump I will be happy or summut. They are fecking everywhere. Some are like Bastud Mountains. why? The French all drive like Fanny's anyway. I bet it's an EU thing or summut. Sooner we are out of it the better! Let's invade!!'
