Well I only got part way through it, but it appears that all he has used of the original is the blades, the body and the shaft and bearings. Other than that he has really built the generator side from scratch. I am not sure tthe blades would have a good aerodynamic profile for a wind turbine, as the aspect ratio is probably too high as it is designed for low speeds, but maybe he addresses that problem later.
Skillful if one has the knowledge but not a DIY job for most people.
Wind generators for MHs are not very practical , because the vibrations and the 'amplification effect' of the MH body create a lot of noise, I have experienced same on boats. One can mount them on a pole outside but don't try to leave in a hurry.
