I have been round to my pals house today to sort out his double tread Omnistep electric step on his H ymer. He mentioned that he has a Scooter rack for sale but cannot remember the make or model. I don't know if anyone on here is interested in it, I have not seen it to see the condition but it might even have been bought new and never fitted (he is in his 80's and not very mobile).
He reckons they are about £2,000 new and he only wants around £250 for it. I have no idea what they are worth, so let me know what you think.

No good to me. If its a purely towbar mounted rack it will be limited to the nose weight of the towbar which is generally 90kg ish I think.
To be honest I Thought they were about £250 new. Never heard of one for £2k.
If I hear of anyone looking for one though ill pass on your details.

That's what boggers has. It's a trailer. Not a scooter rack.

It's a Hydratrail Easylifter hydraulic scooter rack in used condition.
The very early ones were single-wheeled (not recommended). The later ones had two wheels, one each side and are perfect. New they cost about £1,400 so (depending upon condition), £250 sounds a bargain. Only a twat wouldn't buy that...

That looks like steal at that price. It is a shame that you can't transport the three wheeler's on it.

If I lived nearer I would have it Jim, don't suppose you could find out how much to courier it please. I cannot find any info on what it weighs Joe. I know very little about Couriers as I never use them.
It took 10 days on the Stagecoach for the Blunderbuss I sent to Officer Dibble. Mind you, it only cost 4 Groats to send.
