How about this concept? Ride the electric scooter, and when you need to top up, just swap the battery for a new one. They'll need to supply batteries to garages all over the place, but it's one answer. And if it's on the back of the moho, you could connect it into the moho's charging system... tinyurl.com/yxvywujk
