Gas bottles that is, when travelling so that in an emergency the responders can see them and render them harmless. You know it makes sense.

I also unlock my gas locker when travelling, hopefully saving time and damage should emergency services need access to our gas cylinders.
I think that's very kind of him, you never know when the Coast Guard might want to make themselves a cup of tea, Alan.

I also leave all of my doors and windows and skylights and cupboards wide open when travelling to dispel the smoke should a fire start, and to give the fire brigade easy and quick access. I also leave off the fuel cap so they can stick a hose in easily if the tank catches fire.
Oh, by the way me and the wife travel naked so we don't run the risk of suffering burns from fabric. We have also removed the windscreen to protect all the insects and birds from death or injury.
Oh, forgot, we disconnect the brakes and drain the fluid to avoid them binding and catching fire.

Or when someone decides to nick em. So THAT'S how you get your gas refills. Good idea, must save you a fortune - I've just paid £20.75 for 6Kg Propane. Wicked!

€0.82 for GPL here which works out at 68p/litre
but gasoil is only €1.28 = £1.06 per litre......
but it's a long way to drive to fill up with 55 litres of fuel........
just don't ask me to post it to you as it leaks through the brown paper and sellotape.....

No need to send it, Dave, especially by Alan's favourite carrier, TNT (which is synonymous with 'Never Arrives'), we can all fill up when we come over to your place for the holiday meet that Bazza kindly arranged for Fruitcakes there. Didn't he tell you about it? If you're not there, it means we can properly trash the place and give you a homecoming to remember.

You have obviously never met Shadow.......
I will make no more comment, simply to say that between Shadow, Honey, Fernandina and Sally, there is rarely much left to find.....

And they've obviously never encountered Our Glorious Leader's 'Safety Products'. The roof-mounted gimpy with underslung 20mm grenade launcher is more than capable of taking care of a few mangy muts.
