The car and Navajo insurances had Hans´s name on them even though I was the driver, they have now been transferred to my name and I´m getting no no claim bonuses 1,313,85€ for the Navajo 1,054.59€ the car. I thought his NCB would be passed on to me.

Unfortunately it does not work that way Milly, certainly not in the UK.
Have a word with them on the phone. If the situation is put to them they may give you some no claims benefit as a goodwill gesture. I have done that in the past on behalf of my Mrs. It's worth a try at least.
Do they have Insurance Brokers in Germany? They might be a help also.

Thats outrageous FFS! Do what Tory boy says but if no luck then shop around. I think I pay about a hundred quid for my car and £250 for the van including EU travel and breakdown. Thats full no claims but no way would it be 5-10 times more without the discount.

Bloody hell £250 is cheap insurance for a van mind you yours is so old it is only worth about £50 scrap value so they are quids in.

After studying the 2 again I realise some of that money is for this year when the insurance was transferred into my name, I had money back for Hans´s insurance, but I am still paying more, a lot more for the Forester. The Navajo is 1,49.93€ I have 5 years NCB on that and the Forester is 833.92€ which includes 18 years NCB. I´m sure the Forester was 5 hundred and something last year.

I think it was always never much more than £300 when it was with safeguard nearly 12 years ago up until a couple of years ago when they refused to offer the inclusive breakdown cover for vans over 20 years old so I went with AIB. I get a good deal with AIB of course. Still worth north of five figures the old bus I bet.
