Well, it’s come to that time in life. Health issues for us both and they now mean we aren’t going to be able to do even the basic tasks involved in Motorhoming and the vehicle will soon be on it’s way to a lucky buyer. Many, many happy journeys over many years but we feel that we aren’t able to carry on with the Motorhome any more. Margaret will miss the pleasures of emptying the cassette and I’ll miss everything else. Good wishes to you all and enjoy life while you can. Keef. i.postimg.cc/JhDTjBv6/MOTORHOME-OLD-3.jpg

Im assuming this is a serious but jokey post at the same time Keith. Sad but so many memories and your your contribution to the motorhome fraternity in particular all your videos of Aires etc are legendary and have helped so many people and will go on to do so. Probably safe to say more useful than my contribution to the Music scene. you dont need a motorhome to come on here though, in fact its actively discouraged these days. Well amongst those of us that are left. Dont be a stranger.

Well, that’s it. Motorhome gone from the drive and hopefully enjoyed by someone else in the near future. Loads of ‘stuff’ to get rid of after it was cleared out and initially I’m going to offer it to our next door neighbour. He bought a Campervan last year and is away in it at the moment so I’ll have a chat with him on his return. Despite travelling ‘light’, we reduced what we took year after year, there’s stuff that was possibly used once or twice in 15 years and will possible get a trip to the local tip in the next few weeks. Why I needed three foot pumps, 3 tyre pressure testers, 20 tea and coffee mugs, about 100 yards of power cable and 50 yards of plastic water pipes I’ll never know. Still, the memories are there of great times, people met and places visited – you can’t eradicate those. Keep well and thanks for your company. Keef i.postimg.cc/VNJ80jY5/SUNSET-2.jpg

Hs anybody still have the fruitcake sticker? Yep. In the window of my van. They are probably worth a fortune now being so rare.
