i,m quite impressed with tuggers work , dont forget thats even less weight you can carry now, offset this by making Ellie run at the side of the van

It's OK, Cookie, I have lots of spare payload. My inflatable harem is very light compared to a real woman.

Marcle Leisure. 1436 beer tokens, Ouch! It's the ALKO chassis and having the built-in pump that bumps up the price. Get what you pay for, I guess.
I didn't really want to do it myself, but a couple of places I phoned got all slopey-shouldered when I mentioned the possibility of having to drill holes. Plus, I'd have had to take the van some distance to get the work done.
With hindsight, if I had managed to get someone to do it for me, I bet they wouldn't have painted and greased the holes or waxed all the metalwork as recommended, so at least this way I'm happy that the job has been done properly.
As long as the wheels don't fall off, as one or two FCs are suggesting.

That pump's a cracker, Tugs. As you say, you get what you pay for and there's a lot of rubbish about. Yours are also the Dunlop air bags. Goodyear's are fine but there are some strange-named ones ones around. They're sourced in Europe I think. And most kits that you see advertised cheaply don't have a comprehensive gauge panel or a pump. That pump'll come in bloody handy with the blow-up harem, won't it? You'll be up'n'running in no time! Ho ho!
