Great news but its mainly recovery from how far we slumped after Brexit and the pandemic and its still below pre Brexit levels. Just imagine though how much better we would be doing if we hadn't put all that Brexit red tape in the way of our export trade.

Its been a struggle since Brexit but of course I anticipated that and moved the ones I could before we left and the Pandemic hit. Made shit loads! So there is that. I suppose I should have thanked you really. Its not often you get a heads up that the economy is going to tank.

Do you ever taste the shite you're fed? I'm not a thick as shite terrorist supporting scummy Lefty so I have never believed the guff you Brit Haters spew out on a daily basis From my link. "Drivers of the recent growth spurt have included professional services, such as research, consulting and technical and trade services, of which the UK exported £185bn in 2023. It also includes travel services, which the UK is the third biggest exporter of globally, exporting £59bn worth in 2023; and telecommunications, computer and information services, with £40bn worth of exports in 2023." Do you feel like a Cunt? Coz you deffo look like one

He still would have run faster with two legs. Now imagine how much better we would have performed if we had not put so many barriers to trade in place with our biggest trading partner. One part of Brexit was supposedly cracking much more lucrative trade deals "outside" of Europe but we simply haven't done that, probably because it was complete bollocks. None of the recent export trade success has been achieved because of Brexit but much of it has been hindered by Brexit at least in Europe.

But if many of the trade agreements we have are continuity agreements and simply replicate what we had before we left the EU why are you blaming Bwexit for your irritation? ... Mind you do bizarrely blame Bwexit on white chips ... Lordy

Lordy Because trade with the actual EU bloc is now so much harder and many of the countries outside the EU accessed our services because we were also a gateway to the EU. As I said, its great that things are bouncing back for services but they are still lower than pre Brexit levels in real terms and only an idiot would think that somehow they are going to be better outside the EU than in. They could be of course if we had somehow materialised much more lucrative trade deals than we had through the EU which is what was promised but of course that hasn't happened and never ever will as they simply do not exist.

How's the diet? ... Youve clammed up on that

Thanks for not answering my question n'all, how Bongo The point is, it doesnt matter how well we do, its pretty much a scientific fact that we would have done even better without Brexit. How could it possibly be any other way when we have delivered none of the so called benefits of Brexit and only left ourselves with more barriers and red tape?
