Yeah! Looks a good spot! No point taking notice of that sign as is all in Foreign. Dare you to go and blab about your great parking spot on FUCTS or Moaners and see if anyone picks up on it. Glad all is sorted! Nothing gets passed your sharp eyes! The aire is just to the right of the carpark and gets full very quickly so the locals park up on the carpark we were in. There are in fact ten other vans parked out of shot (you could see that I was an evidence gatherer in my old job) and the town commerce does very well from the visitors. I have posted the following on FUCTs so expect lots of responses about my transgression. www.motorhomefacts.com/ftopicp-2109409.html#2109409Touch paper lit now sit back and wait. Crapton Bogwash with one post sounds suspiciously like a certain garden ornament! He owns a Hy mer Nidiot I think.

Despite CraptonBogwash's valiant attempt to stoke the fire there has only been one genuine response from tams who has posted a very pleasant supportive reply. Crapton now has some more ammunition to use from my response to him.

At least it's been nice here today, thank the Lord and tomorrow inshallah too. Praise Him. We are just off the D1 12k north of Civray building a new Mosque. The locals are complaining about the prayer calls, the will have to convert of be dealt with harshly, as The Lord requires. Allah Akbar. Having converted I am now on the lookout for a few more wives, maybe. To be honest one is too many at times. Quite close - we are 10k south of Ruffec, 3k off the N10. Have you been burning incense - the sky's looking very heavy again.

Not me, been outside praying towards ........ , well you know which direction. Shhhh. We don't want the Mercans to hear.
If you fancy a day or two putting up plasterboard I have work for you.
You aren't a plasterer by any chance? Know anything about drylining? Is it the thing in France?

Dry lining very common here but can be a mixed blessing when working on the old limestone walls. Whatever else you may do, do NOT use cement on limestone, only lime plaster. You have a PM about plasterer.

Bugger it. We wouldn't have lasted five minutes in the Resistance before someone blabbed, as a partisan group we are rubbish. Capt'n Bogbrush still had a few more posts before having to change his identity. I'm going to have to get a photograph of me washing out my Thetford with the freshwater hose or taking a dump directly into the grey waste drain. Anyway the weather is great and everything is working so I'm like a pig in poo...another glass of wine? Don't mind if I do!

She has been punished now though (see her Avatar). I might get pissed and think of something more severe though.

What a friend we have in Jesus etc. Why and how? Is He buying then? That would make him a real Friend (better than a virtual one who never puts his hand in his pocket other than to check the plumbings happy....) (I forgot to add the name for that virtual friend, feel free to put in any one that you wish to insult at that point...

Just been told that we are illegally parked by the Guardia Civil and will have to move on. The guy was really good about it and told me that I need to leave in the morning as tonight would be OK. The Spanish police seem to be really clamping down on the previously tolerated aires. Should bail be required I might need a Fruitcake to volunteer to be my one phone call...please form an orderly queue!
