Yeah same here and of course we are reading it. Im no expert but its probably good you have a bit of a cry at times, you cant hold onto all that emotion for ever, it will come out at some point and it wont be good to bottle it all in long term.
At least it sounds like temperatures will return to normal tomorrow, that should help a bit. Doesn't sound to me like Hans will remember much when he finally comes out of it all but I can see how stuff like that is going to be devastating to hear.

I truly wish I could do something practical to help you Jan. I was the same with my Sarah, stiff upper lip until I came face to face with someone who showed concern or kindness at which point I dissolved and to some extent I've been the same since we lost our beautiful Gollidog but... blubbing is also good, it's a release of emotion which helps to relieve stress so blub away even if in private. Sarah remembered nothing of her time in the medically induced coma nor of the couple of hours before, her last memory was the paramedics arriving at her house The Doctors seem confident that he'll make a full recovery so hold on to that and I'm still keeping everything crossed although that does make toilet visits difficult

Thank you Kay, it's good to hear about your experience with Sarah although I nearly missed it because it's on page 2 😕 Last night I decided to put it on facebook, I only have relatives and a few old friends on there. I had replies within minutes, many saying like you, they wished we were nearer. It was my choice to move here 15 years ago, all these things were though out before hand so the fault is mine not theirs. 6.30 am now going to start to get ready to leave in a couple of hours. I've got the internet sorted out so will let you know how he is later.

Just catching up Jan (we are still reconstructing the kitchen and surrounding rooms). I hope that Hans continues to make the doctors happy with his progress, it seems as though your new arrangements will save you some travel time and allow Motley to avoid the heat. X

Oova Geoff.
I had a shock he was not in the room, the nurse showed me to a waiting room and the sister will come, that was all she said, but before I could get too worried the sister appeared. He was flailing his arms and legs about again so had to tie him again to the bed, moved him to a room where they could see him all the time. He knows who I am still and had some fairly clear moments, but then grabbing at the gown they have just put over the front of his body so's he's not naked and tied it round his kneck. He is very strong in his armed and once he gets hold of something you can't get it away from him. I saw the doctor who speaks English and spoke to Guido on the phone yesterday, it was him that told Guido Hans will be back on Sunday. It was again very stressful for me because he still either thinks they are trying to kill him, he is going to die, take all stuff out and take him home to die, bring a gun and shoot him. My God what the human brain can get muddled with. He even said he was going to die like my brother Donald did, that was at least 45years ago and Donald died of liver cancer so don't know what his brain has muddled with that. I stayed 4 1/2 hours hoping that he might get some piece from all these dreadful thoughts and at times I think he did. Now Motley, he didn't like me not being with him when he was with Uwe, he jumped over their gate to come up to where the van usually stands. Tomorrow he has to be on a lead so have to do a bit of practicing in the morning.

Oh dear, that all sounds pretty awful Milly. On the plus side (if there is one) surely if he is kicking, fighting and still strong he is not weak as a kitten and at deaths door. Sounds like there is fight in dear old Hans yet, its just his brain is fuddled with all that is going on and effecting him and the drugs probably. Your amazing by the way. A strong and dedicated Lady. If that all sounds a but cheesy, Im a bit pissed.

I can't believe this, yesterday I started my Aldi card, used it for half an hour or so and they tell me I am out of funds 17.99€ and a text telling me I Only have 1 € left when I don't make phone calls, I tried a messenger call to my niece but that didn't work, I had 10gb. How can I be out of funds, this is dearer than orange.

What device are you using when connected? Is it maybe updating and using up data. Roaming shouldnt be a problem now if your crossing from masts in Poland and Germany. Too many variables, not enough info.
