My Ducato is automatic and about the best-geared of any vehicle I've had - it copes with everything I throw at it so well. The powerful engine helps.

Errrr. no. fiats would not climb mountains like our 200cv sprinter. its only dosh. Cant take it with you. I beg to differ... My 2.8 Turbo (chipped) Ducato is stonking going up hills... Hank is often full of chips but they don't last very long...

Horses for courses. FWD leaves either a huge flat , low unobstructed rear floor, or a big area under for a gas tank or similar. Of course, 4x4 is best...
